Mauritshuis selects Studio Dumbar
Mauritshuis, The Royal Picture Gallery, has selected Studio Dumbar to design their new visual identity. In June 2014 the Mauritshuis will open its doors to the public after a 2 year renovation plan.
The Mauritshuis was established in 1822, in the elegant 17th century building at the Hofvijver of the Hague. The museum has a word class collection with the emphasis on Dutch art of the Golden Age. The permanent collection includes iconic paintings such as Vermeer’s Girl with the Pearl Earring and View of Delft, The Goldfinch of Fabritius, Rembrandt’s self-portrait and The anatomy lesson of Dr Nicolaes Tulp.
